How is it possible for a lot of players to grow incredibily tall out of nowhere like even without tall parents, for me it seems like a secret, like a jewish secret growth metod which is given to basketball players in exhange for their fidelity with the jewish community and their actions.
Honestly it sounds like a great hypothesis but it could be anything, anything but natural causes i believe. It isnt just a big coincidence, it cant be.
Please if you know something about it or have another theory share it

i follow a ton of guys that think the same... It all boils down to ''stimulation'' the leg bones, possibly knees and even more possibly the lower growth plate of the leg bone (idk what its called). Believe it or not i think its kind of proven that basketball, more specifically holding the basketball stretches your palm/finger ligaments and lengthens your fingers including the thumb. Google how often basketball players have long ass fingers, they also have massive wing span which is a combination of explosive stretching of the scapula etc etc including the weight of the ball etc etc

  • i stilldont really know how jumping exactly makes the legs longer but possibly the way you jump is importand - i need youguys input on this lol

do you have anything specific to add? I was thinking that maybe i should do an experiment choose one of my two hands and take pics of both and use one hand to hold the basketball ball and keep using it indefinitely and then compare when it grows cause it will, it makes so much sense its unreal you wanna do it instead? I will start the routine pretty soon i believe (dont quote me onnat) but would you be willing to do it and take measurements?

depends on how old you are. the older you are the slower you grow. But I dont doubt that it would work, the body adapts to the stresses placed on it by growing and thus become more efficient at handling these stresses next time they occur. I firmly believe that the way to grow the skeleton is for bones to experience explosive forces/impact forces/extreme strain forces and eating a lot lot lot of food. Most people cope with its all genetics when in reality they just didn't do what you are supposed to grow to big heights. Most kids now just play video games all day. You gotta jump and run everyday and eat a lot lot. The jumping and running is what stimulates the body to grow. Lets say somebody plays basketball and plays center (so he jumps a lot) The body is like: damn man this guy is fucking tiring me out having me doing all this jumping, maybe he's reaching out for something... How about I just grow so the next time he wont have to jump as high and tire me out as fast so I can just grab the thing he's reaching out for instead of having to jump everytime for it... the body is an adaptation machine. Sadly this adaption process slows down dramatically as you age since your sutures fuse for the most part. Thats why you gotta be active growing up. The amount of food someone eats makes a big difference and also fapping. age is a factor in height overall but for my experiment i dont think age is a factor tbh

see, i agree that nutrients are importand etc whatever but i dont think what youre saying rn is completely true like 80%, tons of people with gamer posture that are tall, tons of skinny kids that are tall etc i guess what im trying to say is im of the belief that stimulation is doing all the work cause i remember reading from a guy here that he used to walk for a couple hours back and fourth and only when he was done he ate and it wasnt a boat load of food although i know its very importand, theres a ceiling, and if you reach the celeing anything more is unnecessary, i also have high metabolism myself haha although im short and malnurished so...

fapping is a big lookmin, when you release your seemen you tell your body that your dimorphism is enough to attract females, so you stop to look better. and prolactin shares similarities to the death hormome. in some cultures the act of cumming is called little death. bone remodelling due impact makes sense, the body adapts to its environment. overall good read i agree with what you wrote

Those who eat a lot sugary foods without protein, those who eat a lot of protein with barely any sugar/ those who eat a lot of both, those who dont eat enough. To answer your question on why there is people who grow playing video games, I think that the body of a teenage gamer will grow to a certain extent without needing a lot of impact forces because the body will grow no matter at that age since the hormones are on fire, but wont grow to NBA heights ( 6'4, 6'5+). I agree somewhat that your genetics are kind of a blueprint but I really think its more like 10%. See the thing people dont understand is that the genetics are really the nurturing you get growing up. If you have short parents growing up, chances are you'll be short too because they will feed you just like their parents fed them growing up, kind of a like a vicious cycle that keeps repeating itself. its not that the genetics are the same, but the eating habits stay the same. A lot of people think that the height of the mom makes the biggest difference in the height of her kids but I theorize that because the mom grew up eating a lot of food during her growing phase, out of habit, she feeds her kids the same way she grew up during their growing phase. This is why a lot foreigncels who come to the west tend to be a lot taller than their parents because food is more available and cheaper, so they end up eating a lot more than they would've in the in their original country. Also explosiveness/impact forces grow bone. The bigger the bone, the better it can handle impact forces.
