I’m 15, just recently started growing more (went from 5’5 to 5’7 in a month or two) I’m pretty short for my age, I think it comes down to hitting puberty late, my dads 6’ and mums 5’10. Should I start trying to heightmaxx and drink honey and milk or do I not have to worry, if I should start what kind of methods should i use
