I feel like I haven't grown much In height since I was 13/14 my puberty started at 13 and now I'm 16 my dad was 6'5 and I'm around 179 cm currently my diet and sleep is bad right now I don't know if I have a late growth spurt what do you guys think?

If you’re a late bloomer or your mom is tall too you have a very high chance of growing a lot more. I didn’t hit my big growth spurt to grow 6-8 inches until I was 17 or 18

My mom is like 170 cm
