I am 16 and 168 cm my parents are pretty tall, i dont know why im short my brother is also 182cm. I need advice on how to grow before it is too late for me and what is my height potential. Im tired of always being the shortest in the room and always getting made fun of.

Look at the height chart of your family members buddy, maybe they grew up late and there is a hope for you
