If my mom is short, 5'2 but her brother is 6'0 her dad and mom 5'10, 5'5 does that mean I still can grow tall and wont get stuck at 5'9 by manlet making height of my mom? my dad is 184cm I think thats like 6'0.5, currently I don't know my height, but im 5'8, gonna be 14 in January 30th, I also know that my Peak Height Velocity (when growth spurt is gonna occur) is -0.1 basically very soon, I have hopes of reaching 6'1, do you guys think I have a good shot at making it to 6'1 NATURALLY, my nutrition is pretty good too I eat a lot of red meat and avoid goyslop.

keep eating good stuff, get a lot of sleep, i would recommend HGH also but let puberty do its work

ur moms genes probably cooked u but if u make sure to eat a good diet and get all of ur micronutrients in and get good sleep i think u could reach 6ft realistically if ur 5'8 now
