6'3 is probably ideal from an all-round perspective

Depends what you wanna do ofc. To be an NBA player 6'9 is obv better, but if you're going into banking, business or politics then tall but not too tall is arguable way better because you don't want to look freakish or low trust in those scenarios. Being relatable also has its upsides.
