So basically, first ill list everything you need. Some uncuffed pants (cargos or jeans for example that cover most of your shoe) then you need a high top shoe or boot (i used timbs) then finally, you need some form of thick socks (fluffy socks, football socks just make sure they are hard when crunched up) now all you do is insert the socks into your shoe (1 pair for each should be fine) and it should give you a 4 inch height increase from your barefoot height. (basically 3 inches since most shoes boost 1 inch anyway) but that means if youre 5’9 you can claim 6ft barefoot and get away with it. bonus is you could tape the socks in place so they dont move around but i didnt have any problems wearing it for 3 hrs when i was out and about, also minimal compression was less than 1cm. this is why u have to make sure the socks are relatively hard so they dont press down.
