I used nike's and scholl insoles to subtly increase my height to about 197 cm.

The insoles are virtually unnoticable to even a trained eye.

I live in the Netherlands; it's a very tall country. The average height is about 170 cm for females making 195/6 cm quite optimal.

I'd be inclined to agree if I lived in the US or some other place.

oh yeah then it makes sense. The ideal height for man is normally 12cm/4 feet more than the average of the country

They're very subtle. They only add about 1cm. I am 193.5 cm barefoot. I kinda measured wrong now that I think about I should be like 197/198 cm with the insoles. I just held a book against the wall, so it may have been crooked lol.

The nike's should add about 2-3 cm and the insoles about 1 cm, they're very subtle, I don't think they affect posture.

thats the think its not worth it. 1cm is not noticeable irl but it is way more to your skeletal structure. It deff has an effect in the long term

I live in the Netherlands. 6 foot 4 is the equivalent of 6 foot 2.2 inches or so in the US. Both 95th percentile. 99th percentile is optimal for most traits.

They're exactly as rare as 6 foot 4 people in the US. It's rare, but not uncommon. You wouldn't really turn heads at that height, but you'd be a very tall guy. PSL about MTN.
