15 172cm, i only eat meat and dairy most of the time, sleep 10 hrs a day. What else can i do for heightmaxxing? I dont want to take ibutamoren/ai to not potentially fuck up my endocrine system
 
absolutely understandable. add deadhangs to stretch your spine and sprinting. it releases more gh in sleep theoretically. very individual as far as i know.

First thing is stop eating meat and dairy most of the time, I mean yeah, at those, but I hope you're not limiting your diet to that. Sleeping +9 hours is good, but sleep length isn't always the same as sleep quality, how long as you're waiting between eating and sleep? Are you going to sleep at consistent times? Are you getting sunlight exposure in the morning?

There are other things you can do to help this process as well, like managing your cortisol, exercise, being in a slight surplus, etc. In general, if you don't inject or use anything like that, you must naturally maximize your androgens and growth hormone production, tons of guides here for that.
 
purely genetics i knew a girl who did everything she could to stop growing even as far as to not sleeping and starving herself and she still grew xd

I'm not limiting my diet. I go to sleep consistently everyday and wake up around the same time as well. I can't get that much sunlight in the morning without going outside because my balcony is oriented to the sunset. I eat about 1-2 hours before going to sleep because thats when im most hungry.

Okay good, as long as you're eating whole nutritious foods and not limiting your intake like a dumbass, like doing a carnivore diet, or god forbid, a raw carnivore, you're likely good. If you can, I'd insist that in the morning you go out for a walk, 15-30 minutes, helps clear our your mind, regulate the cortisol spike from waking up, but most importantly helps your circadian rhythm regulation because of sunlight exposure.

Ideally you would stop eating 2–3 hours before going to bed, meaning, from the moment you finish eating, you should weight 2–3 hours before sleeping to avoid your digestion or insulin spike from affecting your sleep quality or GH production.
