hi,
firstly i want to say hello to every one because this is my first post on the forum.

I have a question, I am 17 years old, can I still grow up at this age? By grow up i don't mean wearig shoes that makes me higher or making special hairstyle. I sleep 8 hours per day and lift weight. What should I add to my rutine? What should I eat?

Sorry for my bad grammar and vocabulary range, i ain't native speaker. If you see mistake in the text please let me know it realy helps while learning

Pray to gandy to give you a few inches since it's genetical but at 5'11 you aren't being rejected for height it's 99% of the time face. You could try hgh if ur plates haven't closed but gotta do an xray for that so you don't waste time and money on it.
LL is the only other way.

At 17 I was 179 now at 19.5 I’m 183. Depends on your genetics tbh, but you could try. You never know

Check heightmax guide. Supplement exogenous if low inhib. That's all I can say. I grew all the way till 21~22 (late bloomer, if I had this knowledge then, I'd 100% be 6 feet, so weigh pros and cons and get on it ASAP)

Frame pill is underrated, tall with shit tier frame is legit pencil tier, laughable honestly. Frame is underrated.

You can expect 1-3cm of growth from 18-21. Just sleepmaxx and maybe use mk677 if you want something like GH. All depends on your plates.
 
a lot of guys will grow an inch in college
 
at 17 I was 180 cm, now at 20 I am 187 cm

I was 6’2” at age 15 and only ate fucking raisin bagels and food from literal the dollar store for a large portion of my life
 
Take x-ray. But im pretty sure at 17 its done
 
HGH peptides. But I'm 5'11 and I went out in lifts for a while. I noticed such little difference that I bought a bunch of lows. It didn't seem to matter at all being 6ft barefoot equiv.

Be active and eat a lot of whole nutritious food, in medecine you learn that the only way to cut off a child / teenager growth is by cutting his food intakes or avoiding him to sleep good nights, also being sedentary definitly cut your maximal height potential.

(most of the guys here are sedentary faggots with low / shitty food intakes in a shitty posture with a fucked up sleep).
