Im 19yo 5ft10 and i really wanna grow taller but my plates are most likely closed im on hgh for craniofacial development but is there any way i can still get some height with it using a method or something im desperate

Not much you can do since your growth plates are closed.

If you have posture issues like forward head posture or fucked up knees you could fix them for additional cm.

Use shoe lifts too
