Heightmaxxing during puberty

Hey guys so I just turned 15 a week ago and was curious about my hormones and if they were balanced and some other stuff, when we went to the doctor, he told me that all my levels were fine but for a 15 year old boy my vitamin d levels were a bit low it was I think 20 exact and it shouldve been around 40-60 (correct me if im wrong) and so from tha day on he prescriped me vitamin d pills and omega-3 but ive read some researchs and also help from Salludon that Magnesium was a great source overall for sleep, muscle contraction, and some other stuff even though my doctor didnt say anything about it I still take it, should I keep taking it? And also one of my biggest concerns is that for my age im short, 5’5-5’6 around that and my testosterone levels came out it was exactly 220 nd/gl and when the doc got the results he told me that “its way too high for his age and that too much test levels have a chance to close growth plates earlier” so I dug down deep and researched on that and found out that testosterone improved bonemass and overall projection and dimo and some other stuff yk but the thing is, I want to grow taller and also improve facial wise, but I dont know what to do like facially im decent looking for a 15 year old u can check my other post to see if u want, so I asked people and they told me that if u wanna improve bonemass during puberty take test, hgh, anavar and other substances like that, but if I hop on them my growth plates are gonna fuse faster, im gonna drop my bones xray and also my bone age is exactly 13, which is a good thing that means that my bones are only at age 13 and 18-19 stops developing, so like if theres any recommendations u guys have for me im down to hear them bc im just trying to maximise my puberty

i grew 15 centimeters doing voleyball, that happens cause stimullate by the damage of each impact whith the ground, if ure really into the sport i recomend u to give a try

yea I play basketball everyday for like 2 hours at least and also swim my fam owns a 50 meter pool I try to swim every single day consistent and ive been playing basketball for a couplr years now

I would say you're height is determined by your families genetics so if you're dad and mum are like average you can reach average height

yeah bro just don't start early with smoking, alcohol etc.

Oh yea and on that topic my doc got in contact with a professional dietician and they gave me a 10 pages eating diet based on my blood levels and like the tests they took me through im 166 cm exactly and 48.2 kg so based on every single result my doctor told me to keep daily calorie intake around 2500-2700 for my age which I just want to grow taller, wider, bigger

I would say you're height is determined by your families genetics so if you're dad and mum are like average you can reach average height
okay thank u ill check this out and yea based on my fams height my dad is 5’10 my mom is 5’7.5 but my genetic background is decent my uncle is 6’2 and my dads sisters are 5’7-5’8

Yea thats what im talking abt if my testosterone level is too high my growth plates will be fused obvs no one wants that but what are some good aramatose inhibitators?
 
Find one that wont completely destory ur estrogen, you do need a little bit of it

first of all your rich I can tell so you're not malnutritioned and have the best surrounding to develop to the max, you're chilling my mum is shorter dad a bit taller and I managed to climb to 6'0 at 16
 
No no I get it too low estrogen can cause like brain deficincies or sum shi but I js dont understand the concept of ai is it like a substance like a peptide u take or do u take it from like natural foods?

6’0 at 16 is literally a dream, like the moneys not the problem ill buy every fkn substance ill buy hgh test but I js dont know where to start off from I feel so fkn lost
