On my fathers side - mother 5’7 father 5’7
Mothers side - dad 6’0 mum 5’2

I’ve been doing nothing for my height but it’s cooked what do I do

Not much height potential boyo, at that time i was already 183cm+. My prediction is 178 cm max.

nah they're kind of the same height as my parents (dad 173 mom 153) (me 178 at 16.5). the tallest dude in my family (uncle) is 182. also i had super bad life style from 13-15 (4-6 hours a sleep)( shit diet and ton of stress)(got acne scars from that). i do believe that some of the shit i done helped me to grew for example ton of sugar (unhealthy put forces your body to pump insulin(helps igf1)( had a gf, almost had sex at 14 btw, so extra test)(i bulked up cuz I always been skinny, extra cals for height).


at 15-16 i wanted to grew taller, did hangs, stretches, good sleep 8+ hours and didn't grow taller. its many factors and probably should find some stuff that works for u.
