eating a lot of protein (meat) , have a low but healthy body fat level, intermittent fasting and less carbs (especially sugars) to decrease blood sugar levels. high blood sugar levels can inhibit the production of hgh. exercise, sleep well, drink a lot of water, take your vitamins on empthy stomach before you eat for better absorbion. what do you think.
