Im around 5'9 at 16 (turning 17 in July) is there anyway for me to increase my height to 5'11 or even 6foot.
Cause I already know like the basics, nutrition, working out, stretching etc. Also does it help that Im a late boomer and always been. So like In elemtery school I was always one of the Shortest, but 7-8th Grade I had an Growth boost which brought me like to avrage height. That was around the time were i started doing sport and working out. But like a year ago i stopped doing much, and since that i reacntly just grew 1-2cm.
(Btw Mom Height = 5'5/ Dad Height = 5'7-5'8)

Bohaaa idk, but like many cousins of my afther are over 6foot and my direct uncle from my motherside is also 5'11

- How developed u are
- If ur lacking in igf and shiet (i think)
