Beginning height measurement, day height 6ft 1 or 185 cm night height 6ft or 183 cm
Age: 18, 11 months,
plate status: Confirmed open, later stages of growth obviously cause i aint 12 or 13
month 1: letrozole 0.625 mg EOD and meclizine 25 mg everyday
During month 1: growing pains experienced, in mainly ankles and lower and midback, funny feeling in knee similiar to growth, shoulders also when waking up
results post 1 month, 1.1 cm increase in true height
new height is 6ft , 184 cm at night and 186 cm at day or 6ft 1+
Conclusion: Meclizine works, effect is cumulative not instant
Second month plan: letrozole usage the same, meclizine increased from 25 to 50 mg a day , since im using navidoxine to get meclizine, will be cycled 5 days on 2 off, to prevent any form of B6 buildup, increased water consumption to around 3 to 4 litres a day, (pure mecli usage is recommended)
Speak to me about any heightmaxxing info yall need, as me and a few guys labratting ourselves, also can give you a structured non cope growth cycle, for 5 bucks, dm me for info but other than that, meclizine is not cope, confirmed as of the two guys who labratted on meclizine (me and another) both of us experienced 1cm of growth in a month, growth prior was extremely small and negligible so velocity of growth greatly increased,
Side Effects: meclizine will make you like 10 to 20% more thirsty and a lil more tired so eat it at night, for better sleep and no hinderance
Letrozole will drastically reduce estradiol so expect initial strong effects from body adapting, regulates itself in a week usually, minimal effects, only slightly lower energy levels if not paired with anything, joint will feel stiffer(stretching helps prevent this), be careful however as too much of letro will fuck you up.
