Decided to make a guide and post it bc I kept so many people on this fuckass forum say that mk677 for height doesn’t work, I feel like I am proof it does, and wanted to make this guide for anyone who was unsure about its use.
Starting Disclaimer
Before diving in, it's important to know where you stand. If you're over 18, it's likely your growth plates are already closed, which means height increases are pretty much out of the picture. For those still in puberty, the window for growth is much wider, but keep in mind that growth plate closure typically happens between ages 16–18. But I was on accutane twice before doing this and I started like right when I turned 17 so it could work if growth plates are closing bc I think mine are starting to or are close to.
That said, bone density is something that may help, even after growth plate closure. Bone health is key to overall skeletal structure, and calcium and phosphorus balance plays a significant role in promoting bone strength and density. Aim for a calcium-to-phosphorus ratio of at least 2:1 in your diet. Which is what I did after the first month and I think it helped reduce any diminishing growth in subsequent months.

Optional = doesn’t mean useless. Just means I personally didn’t feel like risking diabetes.
How They Affect hgh
You're in puberty (hopefully), which means your growth plates aren’t sealed yet. That’s your window. What we’re doing here is using a combo of HGH-boosters, estrogen suppressors, and organ-protective support.
- Arginine boosts HGH on an empty stomach (proven).
- Niacin hits you with a flush but also spikes HGH hard.
- MK-677 will nearly double your baseline HGH, every day
- Melatonin helps with sleep quality and also slightly reduces estrogen.
- Berberine helps prevent insulin spikes from MK-677 and reduces blood sugar. It’s a safety net.
- Milk Thistle protects your liver, especially useful if you’re flushing with the Niacin.
- Lysine promotes healthy growth (less growing pains)
GABA makes you sleep better. More deep sleep = more HGH, but totally optional.
Other Methods:
If you're looking to maximize height potential, there are more potent options, though they come with added cost. Aromatase inhibitors like Aromasin can delay growth plate closure by lowering estrogen, but they are harder to get. For more direct HGH secretion, CJC1295 no DAC and Hexarelin are stronger alternatives to MK-677, as they stimulate HGH release more effectively. Pharma HGH injections are the most powerful option but are also the most expensive and harder to get. Beware of BS scams you may see. MK-677, however, steadily doubles your HGH levels throughout the day, offering sustained benefits. And avoid “magic pill” products. If you go outside my method just make sure you do actual research and don’t trust everything.
The Routine (Assuming You Wake at 6:00–7 AM for School or Work)
Morning (on empty stomach, right after waking up)
- 5g Arginine (Can spike hgh through suppressing somatostatin)
- Wait 30–40 mins before eating. No food brings a larger boost in hgh
With breakfast:
- 500mg Berberine (helps with insulin sensitivity from mk)
- 150–500mg Milk Thistle (protects and heals liver from Niacin)
Lunch:
- 1000mg L-Lysine (helps growing pains)
- 150–500mg Milk Thistle (protects and heals liver from Niacin)
(NO Berberine here)
Dinner (eat by 6:00PM to fast before bedtime doses):
- 500mg Berberine
- 150–500mg Milk Thistle (protects and heals liver from Niacin)
Night (starting at 9:00PM)
- 25mg MK-677
- 3g Arginine(Can spike hgh through suppressing somatostatin)
- 5mg Melatonin
- 750mg GABA (optional, helps you sleep faster/better)
(All taken on empty stomach)
9:30PM – Bed:
- 1000mg Niacin (Flush kind)
Niacin spikes HGH by rapidly lowering free fatty acids, removing their inhibitory effect on HGH release, especially when taken fasted. Yes, you’re gonna flush. If you’re soft, take melatonin and GABA earlier to knock out before it hits. I didn’t mind it. Niacin works best on an empty stomach, just like the rest.
I repeated this cycle for the first six days of the week and gave my system a break for one day. This helps reduce melatonin tolerance, as well as GABA and Niacin.
Then that 6 days on 1 off for 3-4 months is safe, longer than that has added risks, but if you’re young then you can take a 4 week break and start again.
What to Avoid- No lifting – If your goal is height/maxing bone growth, don’t drain the HGH on muscle repair. I tested this, lifting stalled my gains until I stopped.
- No junk sleep – Minimum 8hrs, aim for 9.
- Limit fapping – Estrogen spike is real. Just chill.
- No milk – It’s got IGF-1 but also estrogen. Net negative.
(If you’re worried about calcium intake besides the protein count, almond milk is good, can have more calcium and is lower in phosphorus.)
No cardio – Except for walking. Walk as much as you want, especially to help with bloating from MK-677 over time. But don’t do sprints as many recommend, because it’s the same thing with lifting, the hgh will go muscle growth
Optional but Worth Noting
- Berberine & Milk Thistle - If you're scared. But they prevent blood sugar spikes (MK-677) and liver stress (Niacin), so while not required, I used them.
- If you're 18+, your results will probably be worse unless your growth plates are somehow open. I was on Accutane twice (which can accelerate growth plate closure), and I still gained. So don’t cope until you’ve tried.
Final Words + Results
You can mess with doses, timing, or whatever, but if you’re in puberty and want a realistic shot at height gains or enhanced bone structure, this is the closest I’ve gotten to something that actually worked. No snake oil. Just a calculated routine with real compounds. All that said, I grew half an inch in my first month which barely diminished my second month, growing .4 inches. On my third month now, will update after 2 more months ig, unless I stop growing.
