i turned 16 recently

i was 5'5.5 at the start of 2024 (166cm)
im 172cm now

my dad is 5'9
mum is 5'5

how tall might i be?

and how can i maximise it

sleep, diet, supplements

which supplements
 
U be 5'10-5'11 with vitamin D Tablet and sleep 8 hours Eat lots of Meat and eggs and drink Milk

Get on that primal diet(consume it as much as u can) eat raw organs beef eggs and drink at least 1L of raw milk(contains HGH) a day plus sleep at least 9 hours or sleep as much as u can and dont lift heavy weights
My dad is also 5’9 and mom 5’4 and im 6’1 and while growin up i used to watch bodybuildin and nutrition but i didnt go gym i only started basketball late 13 and i used to eat eggs and drink milk daily and i used to tell my mom to always try to cook something with meat or chicken cuz i wanted that protein but also those animal foods have higher levels of micronutrients which plants dont have or they have other versions which our body cant digest. Also suplement are bs cuz our body cant digest synthetic vitamins and u can eat organs that contain a shit ton of micronutrients.

problem is my dad who does most of cooking makes a lot of vegetables
 
Now im 17 and i drink raw milk and raw eggs daily and sometimes raw liver or beef whenever i get my hands on them
