I’ve gained 1.5 cm from basic posture improvement, but I can still gain more height if I strengthen my glutes and back muscles with pull-ups. I think 2 cm is probably the maximum I can achieve just from fixing my posture. I was 174.5 cm, and now I’m 176 cm. I think I can reach 177 cm if I seriously fix my back. Then, add 5 cm from shoes — I’d be 182 cm. The only problem is that in the country where I live, the average height is already 180 cm+.
