scoliosis is not fixable at all if you're past puberty
my scoliosis was 30 degrees, then after they found out about it at age 14 they put me in a brace for 23.5hours a day for a little over a year
did a scan a year later and my scoliosis is 7 degrees now, which is in the normal range

i say just strengthen your core and make sure u have enough vit D so it doesnt worsen
at 30degrees it shouldn't be a big deal, but once it crosses the 50 degree range youll need surgery so try and work on your core
