This shit is just unfair im 15 and I thought I will grow but now I think im cooked bro cuz i didn't grow for the past months or like a year idk and I just keep being fucking 5'6. How did my brother grow to 6'1? And why am I the smallest one it makes no sense. My older brother Is obese all his life and he eats goyslop doesn't exercise nothing but that mf somehow managed to grow to 6'1 and me who eats healthy exercises and fucking blasts peptides for growth hormone did t grow SHIT. If you’re 16, you’re probably still growing. Eat right, exercise and get lots of sleep to maximize your growth. My guess is that you still have at least 2 inches in you.

ts so fucking real I'm 5'6 at 16, I also had early puberty and even when frauding everyday to 5'8 I feel short as fuck. Atleast your parents and brothers are tall, so you still have some chances of a late growth spurt. Good luck bro, js know that ur not alone
