Hell, 20M Still losing hair on fin

I’m 20M I have been using fin 1MG every day for 3 months now, and topical min 5% for 1 year. My hair loss started slowly at 17 and got noticeably bad a year in. I’m currently NW2 losing 100s of hairs in the shower still. I also microneedle 1x week and use keto shampoo. Also I became hella depressed 2 months in idk if it’s related to fin probably not. Wtf do I do?

Hair loss drugs usually take 6 months to work. Shedding is usually a good sign

Add nizoral 1% shampoo 3x a week. Drop miceoneedling, let the shampoo sit on scalp for 3-4 minutes before rinsing
