Lets say we had a biblical god.
Biblical god wouldn't punish you for something you didn't do or that you did because of your nature.
Does free will exist? Depends on how you view it.
In reality, there are cases where people are born in environments that give predisposition to being a sinner.
(example: person is born in family which believes its okay to steal, and is taught to steal. he was never taught about god. therefore he doesn't believe in god and thinks stealing is okay cause who is he gonna believe strangers or his own parents. does him stealing and therefore sinning, count as free will? I don't think so. If you only have rice to eat and you eat the rice, your only other option was starving, which is illogical and nobody on the planet would make that choice)
Now that we've established free will isn't fully thing as long as you only know what you have been shown how would hell exist.
Now what if someone is born with mental retardation. And they commit crimes because their brain doesn't work properly/
Would god punish him by sending him to hell because of something he was born with? no.
Also biblical god treats everyone as equal NO MATTER HOW THEY WERE BORN therefore god wouldn't send anyone to hell.
