I’m 6’7” and weigh like 220

Should I be doing full body workouts or some shit?

Or should I gain like 40 pounds

Any advice appreciated

At 220 you may already look close to ideal just from bone structure and leanness or you could look terrible and skinnyfat
Pics will be needed to give you worthwhile advice

They are assuming i know how to do a deadlift without killing myself

Not to mention isnt that like only for strength?

I’m a hypertrophy oriented nigga. I only care about that hypertroph. I dont care about like improving my statistical PR’s

Maybe i’m wrong though

How would i even explain to people why i was insanely swole and had acne everywhere

Like its just unncecessary i feel like

If you are unexperienced with roids, just do a beginner cycle first. Which means 500 mg testosterone weekly and watch how your body reacts to that. Use aromatase inhibitor if needed, get blood work done monthly or every second month. If you can tolerate that, you can add a (mild) steroid to test base for the next cycle

Don’t use steroids when you first start to train.
A workout program has to suit you personally, yet enough volume and progressive overload has to be there to achieve results.
Look for some basic bodybuilding plan and try to enhance it, learn the exercises and get to know your body.

Of course it will, that is the price you pay. But you restore natural testosterone production after the cycle during PCT

Depends on what girls your trying to attract. 16-21 yr olds would probably be scared of a built 6’7 guy

Wait who am I kidding you are 6’7 it doesn’t matter you’ll get chicks anyway yeah you should probably get built to scare the fuck out of every guy you meet

No cap your best bet is to be diligent with your gym routine. Track your macros and try to go for a gym split that is at least 4 days a week. Focus on increasing strength - meaning you should do low reps high weights - rather than volume training. Don't do too much cardio

if you add some moderate set high rep curls, shrugs, and DB presses you can do both, so you could PR brag and make gainz

If all you care about aesthetics/upper body, do push pull off push pull off off. Also use machines, and plenty of isolation exercises. Keep reps high (8-15) and PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD (add 5 lbs or a rep to your exercises each workout/week). Train to failure (no reps left in the tank)

Hard to say. At 18 your growth plates might not be fully closed yet, and your endocrine system is also not fully developed. Exogenous testosterone, roids, SARMs might be detrimental at that age. Plus your natural T level is also possibly high at that age. You should rather use first some mild stuff like MK-677 and GW501516 (Cardarine) that don't fuck with androgens.

Just pick out a beginner strength routine. Being tall and skinny doesn't mean you have different joints and muscle groups compared to anyone else
