hey guys i want to start looksmaxing but i don't have a plan what i should do first what i should include in my routine etc etc
enough yapping so here's the description of my situation: i have a reccessed jawline(but mandibula and maxilla are ok), low body fat%, low t, low muscle mass, 180/63(got 2kg fat but it'll drop fast), 18 y/o, chubby cheeks, got a real bad dark circles under my eyes(and i don't know how to fix it), 31 41 teeth are lil crooked(doesn't ruin the bite), have a bad posture and i have a bad diet. i would rate myself 4/10
i tried skincare routine it worked for me but i have bad diet and i have acne all over again
i'm sorry for my bad english-speaking skills, i guess you can see how primitive my writing is
