Me to chat gpt:
Yo whats good chat gpt do you know how insulin works in blud and how it is affected by fasting and working out? Please explain in monkey and banana terms

Chat GPT:
Yo what’s good! Alright, let’s break it down monkey-style:

Imagine monkeys eat bananas (sugar), and when they do, their body calls in a helper monkey named Insulin. Insulin’s job is to grab those bananas and deliver them to muscle huts and storage caves so the monkeys have energy or can save it for later. But if monkeys are always eating bananas all day, Insulin gets overworked and the huts start ignoring him — this is like insulin resistance. Now, when monkeys fast (stop eating bananas for a while) or swing around working out, their huts get hungry for bananas again. So even with less Insulin around, the huts open up quickly and grab the bananas, making Insulin’s job easier. Fasting and exercise basically help Insulin chill out and work better when he’s needed

Fuck chatgpt aint providing most important information about it:feelsuhh:

So DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is like a buff alpha monkey hormone that tells the body, “Yo, grow that chest hair, deepen that voice, and sometimes… drop that hair on top.” Now, insulin isn’t directly in the DHT crew, but they hang in the same jungle. When a monkey eats too many bananas (sugar) all the time, insulin gets hyped and stays active, which messes with the hormonal jungle balance. High insulin can boost other hormones that say, “Hey, make more DHT!” So now you got extra alpha monkey vibes — but too much DHT can lead to hair loss or oily skin in some monkeys. On the flip side, when monkeys fast and train (swing, climb, lift), insulin calms down, and that can help keep DHT at more balanced levels, especially for monkeys trying to keep their fur game strong.
