title, im 5'11.75 in the morning, 5'10.75 at night. lose a whole inch throughout the day jfl.
im 18 close to being 19 and didnt grow for a while but honestly when i got to college i think i grew .5 inches. idk if my growth plates are closed but im assuming they are.
what im currently/going to be taking:
glucosamine, larginine, msm, colostrum, d3, k2, magnesium. any thing else to recommend?
-for actually increasing height, im thinking of fixing my posture (i dont have kyphosis or anything but i think i have slight pelvic tilt and i generally just have a bad posture and my friends comment on it quite a bit). i think postural gains are permanent
-gonna do dead hangs but im pretty sure the gain isnt permanent
-has anyone had success with banded sleeping/microfractures or is it the cope of all copes?
-any other methods anyone has tried?
