I need some advice how can i help out a good friend. He is a hardcore incel, who is driving his life against the wall. Completely blue pilled.
About:
- end twenties
- degenerated to a ture PSL 2 in the last few years
- he is fat 220 pounds on 5'10, completely bald, worst clothing style ever, sweats, smells bad
- when i met him before some years he was PSL 3,75-4 (slightly below average/average) 160 pounds, normal average joe
- He is a very correct guy, decent, smart, fun, open-minded and damn funny, unfortunately he gets uglier year after year without doing anything about it
- He earned a lot of money 5000€/5500$ a month before taxes, but left the job
- He quit his job because he said it's psychologically and physically broken
- Always lived with his parents in a village (The parents are the biggest hillbillies, backwoodsmen you can imagine)
- the next town has only 50k inhabitants
- He had no expenses the last years because he still lives with his mom and dad in the nursery with band posters, does not pay rent and uses their car. He was able to save everything, I think he saved around 130.000€/142.000$ in the last few years.
- He was a virgin until he was 24, then had a friend PSL 3, I think she was slightly mentally handicapped
- She left him and he mourned her 2-3 years afterwards, whatsapp status etc.
- He was getting fatter and fatter, uglier and uglier
- He also says that because of all the stress at work he has not been able to meet a woman for years BIGGEST COPE EVER!!!!!!!
- He has tried all dating apps, zero success
- His notch count is 1 with the slightly mentally handicapped PSL 3 girl many years ago
- During the university he fell in love with every girl who only said hello to him. He wrote them creepy stuff in facebook etc. (without success of course)

How can I help him?
- Should I tell him that he looks so bad that he will not even get the ugliest women? How do I formulate that without hurting him? How do I tell him that it's over if he does not finally looksmax hard?
- I told him he should make a break after he left his job and go abroad for half a year. I said Thailand (just be white yo know). That might help him. But he is so naive and falls in love with any woman who just says hello to him. He would probably bring a Thai whore, who then cheers him on a child and then leaves him and he can pay maintenance. Help me, he is really a correct guy.
