Help creating a surgical plan

I’m 18, 6’2, and this is what I currently look like.

I’m planning on alarplasty, but I don’t know of any good surgeon in the states that does good alarplastys on men.

Can I get an honest rating, plus what my largest falios are, and what I would need done to hit lhtn, assuming that money isn’t an issue. Thanks.

you have a narrow face with not very good FWHR you could get a palate expander and would make your midface appear wider takes a while rhinoplasty would be ideal for you since your face is on the shorter side your midface is getting taken over by your nose alot other than that maybe getting leaner and working on the eye area with a better cleaner suited haircut you could be in the high htn range also test maxx too masculinize your face and fill our your frame and thicken your neck you could get botox in the area right below your eye brow too make it lay over your eye more giving it better shape and less upper eyelid exposure your philtrum too chin ratio is also a little non ideal lip shortening surgery would be best for this they basically just take a piece of skin from above your top lip too shorten your philtrum but your chin is also pretty short so you may need a longer chin job done too it just depends on how far you wanna go but too get too htn just get the rhinoplasty or palate expander both would ascend you more in terms of psl also test maxx dont forget its a huge ascension for you try too get the rhinoplasty it will make the most difference

Pretty unideal PFL giving you bug eyes. I'd say you're HMTN. Rhino could be a good RIO for your case.
