I want to start my first cycle and I plan to use only testosterone 250mg, or would you recommend starting directly with 500mg?

I am really a bit misinformed; I need help with AI and post-cycle recommendations in general, and how long my cycle should last.

A typical cycle is 16 weeks. If you’re using a longer ester like test enanthate you can inject once a week. If you’re using a shorter ester like acetate or propionate you can do every 3 days, every day, etcetera. Some people like more frequent injections for less hormonal fluctuation.

You should know this already. If you don’t even know how long a cycle is then why are you using exogenous hormones. How old are you?
