10 minutes ago i caught my little brother on top of my kitten holding her down and humping her, she was meowing very uncomfortably and i don’t even know what to do anymore i live with my grandma n she hasn’t done anything about my brothers sexualy violent behavior. this is not the first time he’s done this he does it a lot to his cat, and me. he’s 9 im not aloud to make him stop of i will get yelled at and possibly kicked out. he touches me in all of my private areas, but my grandma says it’s ok because he’s only 9 and i shouldn’t hit him or yell at him for it because im older.
what should i do ? please help idk what to do im speechless
