Jew medication aka SSRI is making me giga fat,holy fuck Iam holding soo much water
What should I do?I gained 11kg of fat in 4 months

Get off SSRIs. I tried them for 10 days and it was fucking stupid. Feel much better off them. Definitely get off SSRIs if they’re literally causing you grief, they’re not doing what they’re supposed to.

I cant quit
I got physically addicted to them and my body probably can’t function without them anymore
Getting off is going to be a living hell

...first mistake...I still recommend trying to stop them gradually maybe u lucky and can still fuck withour ssri

Idk how advisable this is because I do not know SHIT about body chemicals and whatnot, but after completely quitting your SSRI medication, simply using drugs (non-habitually) and supplements to release serotonin could help u.
