Nah but for real just try fin, if it doesn't feel right for you stop and figure something else out then. Topical fin, topical min, oral min, topical anti-androgens.

Clascoterone and pyrilutamide are in the pipline along with a couple other promising things if fin doesn't work.

Start finasteride. I have DUPA and first noticed it in 2018 when I was 18 years old. Started finasteride at 21 and switched to dutasteride 2 months ago because the hair loss progressed on the back and sides of my head. DUPA is rare though, you most likely only have male pattern baldness. Finasteride and minoxidil are very effective for it, transplants in the future are an option for you too. You're only fucked if you have DUPA like me or very aggressive MPB.

Where tf did u hear blocking DHT is a looksmin. Everyone I know who used 5ars for 15 years literally aged better on average. Also blocking it reduces acne in allot of ppl prone.

If u have mild shedding go on fin if ur shedding hard go straight to dut. Also ur age matters ir ur losing and ur only 22 or smth id just go to dut straight away because ur super prone. Minoxidil topical is good for growth but annoying for medium length hair.

Oral minoxidil works great but has potential risks so you start on a low dose and increase it up slowly.

only one way to find out which is to reset diet and see if you notice a difference, I actually am losing so much hair on my sides, no shed tho just gradual loss it looks worse then the top of my head and is very frizzy always, I do however shed a lot on the back but I have so much hair there and the top is diffuse thinning

I doubt that diet has anything to do with it. There's plenty of people out there with terrible diets that don't get hair loss. It's genetic. The cause may be something other than DHT. My hair loss looks similar to female hair loss.
