But surely, you could feed a minor a vegetarian diet if you want them to be severely underweight

It's a matter of calories, not diet. But it is true that vegetarians are more likely to have lower levels of body fat which is positive for heightmaxxing

Vegetarianism alone doesn't necessarily cause underweight. It is possible to maintain a healthy weight on a vegetarian diet as long as it is balanced and provides all the necessary nutrients.
