Thats a different story then nigga. Lowk get bimax for downgrowth and recession, genio to reducd the chin projection ts too much. Wider mouth too

Main issue is obviously your maxilla which completely obliterates your midface.

To sum it up bimax to fix your recessed mandible and maxilla (your chin is fine dont worry) infraorbitals implants, rhino and possibly cantho. The rest you can't really do much. I'd tell you to get jaw and cheekbone implants but I really doubt they'd improve your aesthetics much because your skull is way too narrow

Yeah go for it that's perfect. Bimax will be the main thing you need CCW rotation asap since you're downgrown and recessed

He is currently downgrown. He needs ccw rotation as of now to get it somewhat closer to 4-8° range. In that case his chin will come up and forward which is gonna make it even worse for him bro. He definitely needs chin reduction too

No, currently he fails all lip assessments and his mentoalbial is dogshit but I think with bimax that should be fixed. However his chin shape is absolute dogshit

Look, lets assume he has 15° occlusal plane and his mandible is 25° paralel to the floor. If he gets ccw rotation, by lets say 7°, his occlusal plane is going to reduce to 8° and jaw angle to 18° to floor. Thats what i meant by occlusal plane. Occlusal plane is literally related to your jaws growth pattern

Yeah you're right, he just has horrible downgrowth.

However the issue is he has some more jaw issues that I think only implants can save

Tbh those issues are secondary, he needs to fix the main issue which will fix his breathing (which he most likely struggles with) and imrpove the aesthetics (mostly from side profile tho)
