i broke my nose about 10 months ago thinking about getting a nose job to get it fixxed in certain lighitng there is a buldge but there is no bump so its not that noticable just broke internally just having trouble breathing and my jaw is way to narrow or is it not that bad.
and skin quality is shit how cooked am i what to do to ascend. also how to make my jaw line more wider like damon salvatore and how much risk is it to look uncanny with surgery.

I would say high mtn to htn, so probably about a standard deviation above average. I would recommend alar base narrowing, very slight lip widening (y-v advancement) and/or reduction, and lowering your gonions slightly. You have a masculine base so I would suggest building on that. Your main flaw is a long midface.
