IMO you look pretty softmaxxed

things that are holding you back is low-ish FWHR and short chin. You somehow look normal in your selfies but that 3rd pic (which I assume has less lens distortion) your FWHR seems very low

think what it might be is that in that third pick I was js w my normal bite which I think might be a bit of an overbite even tho I’ve had orthodonture but I’ve kinda started jutting like slightly which makes my chin a bit stronger I think..do u think that’s helping and also would it have any side effects?

Debloat u mean? I’m decently lean and u can see all abs and stuff but I can’t get too lean cause of sports…I could probably debloat tho as long as it was decently healthy/sustainable

Aight, what do u think my rating is rn and what do u think it would be after a pretty strong debloat? What other tips do u have too? thanks for the help
 
ratios and bone structure is not the best but right now probably low-mid mtn and could maybe get as high as low htn with what you have facially right now. id recommend gymmaxing to boost test you look a lil feminine

okay cool..I’ve been gymaxcing to boost test w sprints, any other suggestions? What should my diet look like? And what do yall think I should do to fix the long midface..bc I think a bit of jutting and orthodonture paired w testmaxxing should fix my other bone issues but idk how to fix a long midface

not much you can do for the midface just let puberty do its thing, can tell youre still in the early stages. for diet you need to find your maintenance calories with a online calorie calculator, if you want to bulk just increase it 300 cals, eat atleast 1g of protein per pound bw, keep sodium low (under 2000), can reduce carbs if you want to debloat, and just eat what fits within your levels. use fitnesspal to keep track

Fix overbite but don’t pull maxilla backwards. Get BSSO or SFOT or smh
