For skin tackle with roaccutane but hopefully you already know that.
Eye area to ascend you'll want to dye your eyebrows darker maybe like brown 4.0 and microneedle with minoxidil to increase density. A good trick is to microneedle also in the region beneath your eyebrow and above your upper eyelid to create a more low set appearance.

Your lower third is slightly too short, if you can grow a beard in like 5 years then I'd go for it, maybe some bonesmashing/chin filler could ameliorate this issue.

Jaw width could be helped with mastic gum.
