Help me become enlightened once again

Their was a point in my life when I temporarily overcame my porn addiction and things were good, my brain worked fast, I was less depressed and more confident.I have sadly fallen back on the path of porn addiction, I realized that in my brain even when I don’t want to watch it anymore I can’t seem to stop myself. Any Advice? , also i will be using this thread to journal my journey for now on.

What did you use to distract yourself, like did you replace the addiction with anything?

I fought through it. Probably not the best method, but it worked eventually. I had been addicted for over a decade.

Brutal, congratulations anyway tho bro, I might try doing cardio of some sort since I need to leanmaxx anyways. Thanks for your help.
