Hey guys I've had poor success with girls that I'm attracted to and its obviously because of my looks. My goal is to ascend to MTN and I think it will at minimum require a procedure to fix my lower third. What surgeries would you recommend to achieve this goal? Thanks in advance.

Good eye area it seems like + good pheno you just have a lower third flaw instead of multiple flaws all over the face

Your upper third is not bad and you look like a "simple" CCW-heavy case

Okay I can see jaw angles helping you too. I would start by consulting Dr. Ramieri he can do DJS and implants all in one go (he can make DJS fixation plates that double as jaw implants)
Some other DJS surgeons to consult: Trevisiol, Grybauskus, Ketoff, D'Agostino, Solis, Raffaini...
Dr. Pagnoni is good at implants.
You might also want lip lift after your DJS. Your philtrum is a bit too long. But see how it changes after DJS
Be prepared to need a rhinoplasty after DJS, your nose is not that bad right now but after some CCW the tip may be too upturned.
