This is what I eat on a daily basis, my goal is to put on muscle while remaining lean. Lean bulk in other words. I have no fucking clue how to calculate macros, if you got a minute please read and let me know what the breakdown is between protein, carbs and fat.
Here is my meal plan:
- 4 pieces of Ezekiel bread with peanut butter.
(Estimated 500 calories)
- Avocado salad with olive oil as dressing
(Estimated 500 calories)
- Snack bar
(220 calories)
- mixed nuts.
(200 calories)
- Rice with potatoes and olive oil and two eggs.
(Estimated 940 calories)
- Red meat
(Estimated 800 calories)
