I cant see your eye area, I would start there tbh. but it depends what your eye area looks like.
I would never wear a short haircut. that always sucks.

Stroma is dangerous just do colored contacts
do rhinoplasty first (alar base reduction and point leveling 95 degrees)
lip lift is meh. might give a gummy smile

Fix hair fringe could really ascend you
