Help me fix my bloated jaw area

Could it be my diet or just that my bf% is probably high.
I have kind of baby fat around my jaw corners and under my jaw, it isnt a double chin but its like a bump, could be buccal fat stored.
Also taking creatine, does it have a significant effect of bloating my face?
