Its very clear to me that my side/bone development is my largest flaw and I understand I can’t expect good results naturally. This leads me to the question what surgery/hardmax must I do to correct my poor development can double jaw fix this and im not asking what surgery to give me a chad side just average or slightly above? Im planning on talking with my ortho maybe early 2026 to plan and see if I can get insured I js really hope it can help me
