I am 16y/o and currently about 174cm short I really want to grow taller by any means. My dad is 178cm and my Mom is 173 cm which isn‘t too bad considering my mom is above average. I drink raw Milk, eat eggs, fast ~16hrs/day, sleep a good amount and even do sprints. I will visit my doctor soon and discuss this with him but I highly doubt that I will get anything considering im not a midget.
