Bro its over, honestly just ignore her or avoid speaking to her and avoid being near anybody you think she might have told. Honestly she seemed like a nice person so she probably kept it to herself to avoid you getting emberassed. You still had leeway to maybe bag her but you folded. Honestly considering the way she acts and how much she cares about other people, if you apologize and really explain to her whats going on since you already showed her you aren't NT, and make yourself vulnerable since she seems so nice. Don’t take this personal but someone had to say it. Now to conclude it, if you never had a social life you are much more likely to miss very important social cues. Someone being nice isn’t a cue for them liking you.

Your best bet would be apologizing and lying, say something like my dog died and that’s why i was overly emotional.
