morning
-lukewarm water
-exfoliate every 2 days
-bar soap with some sort of oil (a doctor recommended this to me when i had a horrible allergy after he noticed i have some dry ass skin
-sunscreen 50spf
-pimple patches (sometimes when the pimple is horrible)
-mupirocin (for smaller pimples, i figured its antibacterial so i decided to buy and use it)

This is brutal, if you do skincare you do it the sissy way.

What’s your skin type (oily or dry) and what do you want to achieve (clear skin, fix discolouration, fix textured skin, etc) ?

before you sleep derma roll your skin and spray the Himalayan salt mixed with water into it until it stings and it feels like your face is being ripped apart, you will wake up as chad

brother why are you exfoliating every 2 days if your skin is dry? that’ll just make your skin even more dry, you should really only exfoliate once a week. Switch between a chemical and physical exfoliate per week. Mupirocin should only be used when a doctor prescribes you it because you’ll build antibiotic resistance to it, kinda retarded to buy when you don’t even know that. I’ll help you get a better routine that won’t add to the antibiotic resistance epidemic kek. Pimple patches are optimal for short term use but you need a more consistent routine. Whats the bar of soap you use and why did your doctor recommend it?

moisturize every day and get tretinoin

I think your issue with dry skin is the fact that you exfoliate so much, Oilatum is really good for dry skin. Do you know what type of acne you get? There’s acne cyst, acne papules, acne pustules, blackheads, nodules, and whiteheads.

papules and blackheads
