Cold spoon for eyes is a myth.
Let me explain this, you want to promote blood flow to get rid of veins, not make them cold thus promoting less blood flow.

Everything is cope exept for lot of water,neck curls,masseter traning, moistueriser, sunscreen and kinda volufiline

Add a strong retinoid, taz or a form of isotret

I also dont know about chin tucks enough to say if thats cope or not but pretty mcuh the entire routine is useless

anything below 16, focus on this shit, and studying, study how to make websites, make contacts, be an apprentice to some old guy, garner contacts, friends, enjoy your teenage years, and make experiences, talk to girls, prepare money for clothes, focus on styles, hygiene.

i reccomend perfumed laundry detergent, paired with parfume beads, on your hoodies, then accompany it with a fresh parfume.
be known as the hygienic, social guy, with future prospects, people will respect you.

Salt actually gives you a better pump since it bloats you, temporary and not revolutionary but not useless
