4/10 bonemass
8/10 skin texture
5/10 eye area
3/10 nose

i suggest trying reverse-pull headgear or orthodontic facemask for bonemass and improving eye area, zygomatic bone, and maxilla. then for nose you can try using an nose up lifter.
