Help me look more Ogre-ish

(I alr posted this picture but I like it so I’m using it again) 18.7, 5’11 (plates still wide open) thinking of hopping on some substances to look more hyper masculine. I don’t care about appealing to women since I alr have a girlfriend that I’m happy with, I’m just wondering what I can take to look scarier if that makes sense, I’ve been doing research and I’m planning on hopping on
IGF-1 LR3 and Hgh, but I’m still doing research on it. What do you think would help me look more Cave man Like, some people even told me I look like Tarzan.
